        Bahia de Denia.

• View:

  • Is a clean transparent wine, with lots of bright and attractive for for the sight. It is accompanied by a pale yellow with as slightly greenish edge.

• Smell:

  • It has a high aromatic intensity. In the glass you can smell the primary aromas of white fruits and peach stones but specially white flowers like jasmine, orange blossom and light notes of rose petals.This are the typical aromas that you will find in combination  with fresh grapes of the muscat variety. With a stirred glass, the floral and citrus smells intesifies. A very elegant and fruity white wine with floral aromas.

• Taste:

  • The fruity taste with a powerful floral retro-olfaction takes a long but pleasant travel in your mouth leaving a light sweetness on the edge of your tongue. Is so fuity that it seems impossible to be a dry win, but it is a dry wine.

  • Fermentation: In stainless steel tanks with temperature control.

  • Alcohol volume: 11.5%

  • Serving temperature: Between 6-9 degrees celscius.

         Sierra de Bernia

• View:

  • This wine is clean, ransparent, bright and very atractive. It has a cherry red colour and a slight variation to still cold (bluish) tones which brings out its freshness and youth despite being a crinaza wine.

• Smell:

  • This wine has a medium high aromatic intensity. With a still glassyou get the strong aromas af American oak, cocnut and vanilla, all lightly toasted. However, the presence of mature fruit is evident, supporting the slight predominance of tertiary aroma. With a stirred glass it intensifies the aromas that appear with a still glass although the fruit aromas takes over as the main one, which makes the overall aroma more harmonius.

• Taste:

  • A well structured wine with a medium lenghthed taste, which is a little hard due to his youth, although is true that the tannins will evolve in an appropiate way in the coming months ensuring a very good conservation of the bottle. The balance in acidity and the fruit is perfect and the retronasal is a little intense but very smoothing.
